Key responsibilities
- Carry out monthly payroll calculations across multiple cost centers.
- Work with institutional HR teams to obtain the information and documents needed for payroll runs.
- Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliation tasks.
- Administer employee claims, IR8A submissions, and other relevant tax-related forms and filings.
- Manage CPF contributions and any required refunds.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and requests.
- Take on additional duties whenever required.
Requirements
- GCE O Level or a diploma in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience handling payroll in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and discreetly.
