Passenger Service Agent

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play an essential role in helping passengers and their belongings safely reach their destinations.

Key Duties

• Use computer systems to check in passengers for both international and domestic flights.
• Assign seats to passengers appropriately.
• Confirm passenger documentation complies with regulations for domestic and international travel.
• Ensure boarding passes match the assigned charter flights.
• Verify tickets and seat bookings for accuracy.
• Reconcile passenger manifests with actual onboard counts.
• Assist in fulfilling requirements for various government agencies.
• Manage the connection and disconnection of Jetways and stairs as needed.
• Make announcements regarding arrivals and departures whenever necessary.

You are expected to responsibly maintain your own and others’ health, safety, and well-being by adhering to training, information, and workplace safety policies. The company is dedicated to ensuring a safe work environment and enforces strict policies against alcohol and drug misuse, including regular testing, to protect all staff at our facilities.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold and maintain a valid Driver’s License plus other FAA mandated identification or seals.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Capable of regularly lifting, pushing, and pulling loads up to 70 pounds.
