Role Overview
The Partner Relationship Representative will manage and support Viva.com's indirect partnership program in Ireland, specifically from the Sandyford Dublin office. The representative ensures new partners onboard, verify, and activate merchants effectively while driving merchant acquisition and revenue growth through POS, EPOS, or integrated payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support partners during merchant onboarding, verification, and activation processes.
- Identify and approach potential new partners to expand the collaboration network.
- Handle partner issues by escalating unresolved concerns through appropriate case management.
- Act as the primary contact point for partners, maintaining strong communication.
- Promote production and expansion within the indirect team framework.
- Engage with AI-enhanced tools and environments, demonstrating interest in AI-driven solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience collaborating cross-functionally to improve partner relations and business results.
- Aptitude for recognizing business opportunities and technological value within commercial solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and confidence in interacting with diverse audiences at various levels.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively on simultaneous projects.
- Proficient English communication skills at a business level.
