Role Overview

The Part Time Coordinator for Celebrity Talent Relations will play an essential role in supporting the booking and management of high-profile celebrity talent. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing logistics such as travel and releases, and acting as the primary liaison among talent representatives, producers, and internal teams. Your contributions will also include identifying emerging talent, pitching creative ideas, and helping to maintain SiriusXM's influential position in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-profile celebrity talent bookings to ensure seamless scheduling and engagement.
• Serve as the intermediary linking talent representatives with producers and internal departments.
• Oversee logistical details including travel arrangements, legal releases, and on-site coordination for daily bookings.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with industry professionals such as agents, managers, and publicists.
• Address talent requirements and manage riders during day-of appearances.
• Remain informed about industry trends and the emergence of new talent to enhance booking strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align talent participation with brand goals and creative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in talent booking or celebrity relations is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Team-oriented approach with adaptability to dynamic work settings.
• Familiarity with automation or AI applications such as ChatGPT or Gemini is beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Workplace

The position offers an hourly wage estimated at $21, subject to variation based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
