Role Overview
This opportunity offers a 6-month internship with a fast-growing client to help launch a career in financial services operations. It suits fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience. Throughout this period, interns get exposure to several operational functions and work alongside senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations across multiple teams, including Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Servicing.
- Index, name, and organize financial and corporate documents precisely.
- Learn and utilize operational procedures, tools, and workflows under mentorship.
- Collect, input, and perform basic analysis on operational data to aid reporting.
- Engage in training sessions and evaluation exercises during the internship.
- Work collaboratively to pinpoint process gaps and propose enhancements.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are driven, adaptable, intellectually curious, detail-focused, self-starters, effective problem solvers, and quick learners. They enjoy comprehending complex systems, spotting data patterns, working methodically, and adopting new technologies with ease.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
- A strong passion for financial services and eagerness to grasp business intricacies.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Basic skills in data collection and analysis.
- Capability to adjust in a dynamic environment and work in an organized manner.
- Freshers or candidates with up to one year experience in any sector; familiarity with document indexing or corporate documents is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
Internship Details and Terms
- Contract duration: 6 months.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (five days a week).
- Shift timing: Night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
- Contract-to-permanent employment possibility depending on performance.
- Location: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
- Monthly stipend: ₹29,166.
