About the Role

Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, is seeking an Operating Director to lead and expand its Greenville, NC branch. As a key leader in a fast-growing organization dedicated to empowering seniors to age with dignity at home, you will oversee branch operations and contribute to the company’s nationwide growth. This role involves managing the office, business development, staff coordination, and client relations with the full backing of corporate training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Greenville branch independently while benefiting from continuous corporate training and support.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the top in-home care provider in the area.
• Establish and nurture referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and client satisfaction.
• Conduct in-home assessments and maintain strong client relationships to guarantee quality and satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance by managing budgets and monitoring profit and loss statements.
• Create a positive workplace environment by motivating staff, setting morale standards, and cultivating a strong team culture.
