About the Role
Estate Masters Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join their team in Tema Community 25 (Savannah Junction), Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, monitoring, and refining digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and increase revenue.
Key Duties
- Formulate the overarching digital marketing strategy for the corporate group and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure uniform and distinct brand messaging across all digital platforms and subsidiaries.
- Administer the digital marketing budgets across subsidiaries to maximize return on investment.
- Develop and deliver performance reports to the executive team to guide strategic decisions.
- Design and implement digital customer acquisition strategies to boost revenue and client base.
- Offer strategic advice to key stakeholders about digital growth prospects and market developments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.
- Between three and five years of verifiable experience in digital marketing, ideally within a corporate group environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Competence in web analytics and marketing tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
