Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates fulfilling client job descriptions by utilizing various online platforms and recruitment tools.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility with roles.
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate effective recruitment.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, recruitment platforms, and terminology, specifically in non-IT and oil and gas sectors.
• Enhance negotiation skills essential for successful candidate placement.
• Operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
• Maintain excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear written and verbal interaction with an emphasis on strong accent clarity.
• Utilize tools such as Outlook, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office efficiently.
