Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process ensuring efficient and timely purchasing of packaging and components, adhering to agreed deadlines.
• Support the NPI Request For Quote (RFQ) process to procure cost-effective components, identify new supply chain sources, and focus on reducing costs where feasible.
• Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders, expedite supplier orders to guarantee prompt delivery.
• Oversee supplier performance and maintain updated supplier schedules aligned with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manufacturing demands.
• Contribute to development of supply chain department systems, coordinating with suppliers and internal project managers.
• Ensure compliance with current ISO standards and consistently apply company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Holds a degree with specialization or additional qualification in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Certified by recognized professional organizations such as APICS or CPIM.
• An equivalent mix of education, training, or experience is also acceptable.
