Job description
Overview
Join our production team as a Hygiene Operative to play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards across production lines and facility areas. Your efforts will directly impact product quality and ensure the site is prepared for efficient production.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of production lines and related areas, including dismantling and washing belts and machine components as per instructions
- Sanitize various surfaces such as machine parts, walls, floors, and ceilings according to cleaning protocols
- Reassemble equipment and production lines to prepare for subsequent production runs
- Operate across multiple zones including boxing, chilling, and freezer areas following scheduled cleaning plans
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, health and safety rules, and quality assurance measures
- Complete checklists and workflow steps accurately to maintain compliance
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Quality, and Production teams to uphold hygiene standards
Candidate Profile
- Competent spoken English communication skills
- Organized with capability to follow structured cleaning processes

- Detail-focused, dedicated to achieving high-quality cleaning results
Compensation and Benefits
