Role Overview

The full-time Nanny position at Paperclip Design is located onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves dedicated childcare support within a household environment linked to the company. The nanny will be responsible for supervising children's activities, establishing and following daily routines, and fostering a safe, nurturing atmosphere.

Key Duties

• Engage children with educational and recreational activities suitable for their age.
• Assist with feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene care.
• Promote early learning by facilitating storytelling, games, and structured play sessions.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of play and living spaces for children.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding schedules, needs, and developmental updates.
• Ensure a calm, reliable, and discreet presence to support children's well-being and stability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in babysitting and childcare with a focus on safety and routine management.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to provide age-appropriate care and activities.
• Basic cooking abilities for preparing child-friendly meals and snacks.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and capability to build trusting relationships with children and family members.
• Organizational skills to keep children's areas tidy and manage household time efficiently.
• Previous roles as a nanny, childcare worker, or early educator are highly valued.
• Certifications in childcare, early education, first aid, or CPR are considered an asset.
