Role Overview
The Multi-Technician position is a full-time, on-premises role in Dubai requiring expertise across various technical fields including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing issues, conducting routine inspections, and performing installations aligned with company and safety standards. The technician will respond to service calls, collaborate with supervisors and colleagues, maintain detailed work records, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness and operational status of tools and workspaces is expected.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficiency in at least two technical domains such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general maintenance tasks.
- Skilled at diagnosing issues, following work orders accurately, and safely using the necessary equipment and tools.
- Basic knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance standards applicable to technical services and facility upkeep.
- Strong communication and customer service capabilities with the ability to collaborate in a diverse team setting.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and simple engineering drawings.
- Prior experience in technical services, facility maintenance, or similar multi-discipline technician roles is advantageous.
- Certificates or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or related areas are preferred.
- Flexibility to work onsite, adapt to varied tasks, and occasionally accommodate extended or flexible working hours.
