Moldflow Engineer | CAE Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Moldflow Engineer/CAE Engineer to join our team in Noida Sector 127, Delhi-NCR. The role involves working closely with various engineering teams to optimize molding processes and tooling using advanced simulation software.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Moldflow analysis during design phases including fill, pack, and warp simulations.
• Conduct tooling phase simulations covering cooling, fill, pack, and warp assessments.
• Interpret and analyze simulation outputs to provide actionable recommendations for design and process enhancements.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and ensure project milestones are met timely.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Process Engineering, Molding, Tooling, and Product Engineering across global locations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in mold flow analysis and CAE.
• Proficient in Autodesk Moldflow, HyperMesh, and SimLab software tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work seamlessly with international teams.

Work Details and Compensation

• Location: Noida Sector 127, Delhi-NCR
• Work schedule: 5 days in-office with rotational morning and afternoon shifts.
• Compensation: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum.
