The company operates prominently in the realm of cloud computing, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise applications. This position is based in India with specific locations in Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering MicroStrategy environments ensuring efficient operations across enterprise implementations.
• Managing and supporting cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Handling production support activities including issue resolution and monitoring system health.
• Overseeing user management and access controls to maintain secure environments.
• Performing server administration tasks related to deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Conducting performance tuning to optimize system responsiveness and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years in IT with at least 5 years dedicated to MicroStrategy administration.
• Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
• Availability to join immediately is mandatory.
