Role Overview

As a Merchandiser based in Dresden, Leipzig, or Erfurt, you will be the storyteller behind every Dyson product — from vacuum cleaners to lighting and hair care devices. Visiting multiple retail stores, you will visually showcase products, train store teams, and ensure the Dyson brand is presented attractively and effectively to customers.

• Visit various retail locations to arrange and highlight products appealingly.
• Coordinate closely with the Area Manager to schedule your routes efficiently and economically.
• Apply your keen eye for design and marketing to elevate product visibility and appeal.
• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs onsite, such as replacing defective lighting elements or fixing damaged displays.
• Provide knowledgeable answers and support to retailer staff and customers, enhanced through regular product training sessions.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a retail salesperson, visual merchandiser, or related qualification combined with practical skills for minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license to reach multiple store locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Enthusiasm for Dyson’s innovative technologies and readiness to proactively contribute ideas and feedback.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and creativity, capable of motivating diverse teams and customers alike.

Additional Information

This position is initially contracted for one year with the intention to extend based on mutual agreement.
