Position Overview

We are seeking motivated engineering graduates to join our HPM team as apprentices. This apprenticeship offers a practical platform to assist senior engineers in technical operations across residential and commercial sites while maintaining all operational and procedural standards. It is a chance to enhance your engineering expertise in a fast-paced, innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operational duties involving engineering services systems.
• Carry out performance testing, system troubleshooting, and data collection under guidance.
• Prepare technical reports, manuals, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams to fulfill site operational and technical requirements.
• Develop an understanding of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 2024 or 2025.
• Keen interest in MEP Engineering, real estate, or construction sectors.
• Basic grasp of engineering fundamentals.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
