About the Role
Gyrfalcon Design & Build Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team remotely on a full-time basis. The role requires a seasoned professional with over five years of hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design as well as BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordination.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive MEP design tasks combined with advanced BIM modeling and coordination processes. Essential competencies include utilizing Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM Collaborate platforms. Key duties involve conducting clash detection, implementing BIM quality assurance and control, ensuring designs meet Level of Development (LOD) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards, and following ISO 19650 workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional expertise in MEP design and BIM coordination.
- Proficient with HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and ELV systems.
- Strong capabilities in identifying and solving design and coordination challenges.
- Experience strictly limited to Revit modeling without substantive MEP design background will not be considered.
