About We Are Group
We Are Group is a Social Impact Company dedicated to improving the lives and future potential of learners by providing access to digital and online services. Our mission is to introduce everyone to the digital world, helping them go online to access services, products, and advice. We believe that enabling people to connect online empowers them to unlock more secure futures and create positive social impact, which is a core part of our charter. We combine education and technology to generate more opportunities and stronger communities.
Role Overview
The Mental Health Referral Partner will focus on establishing new partnerships with NHS Trusts, Social Workers, and organizations supporting individuals experiencing Mental Health Crises. The primary purpose is to promote and raise awareness of the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) Scheme, thereby increasing the number of referrals made to the scheme. This role involves employing a mix of marketing and sales strategies and participating in or organizing events to advocate for the service.
Key Expectations
The successful candidate must have knowledge of the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space and the Debt Respite Regulations. Experience or familiarity with the types of organizations that refer individuals to this scheme is essential. We seek a confident and persistent individual equipped with effective interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and nurture enduring professional relationships.
Recruitment Approach
We value mindset, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn alongside skills and experience. Applicants who may not meet all the criteria are encouraged to apply.
