Role Overview

KidStrong is expanding rapidly, with plans to launch 7 to 10 new locations in Western Canada over the next three years. The Membership Director plays a crucial role in enrolling families into our transformative programs and making a positive impact in the community. This position goes beyond typical business hours; availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage and communicate with prospective members
• Answer inquiries thoroughly to assist families in understanding KidStrong's programs
• Enroll families into the KidStrong program, supporting their journey
• Contribute to the expansion efforts by supporting new center openings

Additional Information

• This job is remote and not standard 9–5 hours; availability during evenings and weekends is essential
• This franchise operates independently; all applications and hiring decisions are managed by the franchisee's management team

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $48,000 to $65,000, inclusive of bonuses based on performance.
