Medical Representative - Riyadh

Position Overview

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Jamjoom Pharma's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the designated Riyadh territory. This role aims to boost product visibility through scientific communication and meet sales targets, all while adhering strictly to company policies and ethical standards.

Key Duties

• Develop and sustain strong professional connections with healthcare providers in the assigned area.
• Conduct scientific detailing and product presentations to effectively promote assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Consistently achieve sales goals set on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Implement strategic territory plans to capitalize on business opportunities and enhance market penetration.
• Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and supply regular reports to management.
• Accurately document and report daily field activities utilizing the company's CRM system.
• Participate in and help organize medical meetings, product launch events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain current knowledge of product lines, disease conditions, and industry developments relevant to the assigned portfolio.
• Comply with company policies and industry ethics throughout all activities.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline is required.
• Proven prior experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector is essential.
• Expertise in therapeutic areas such as Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, or other specialties is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Valid driving license from Saudi Arabia and readiness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
