Role Challenges

• Lead the entire development process of advanced mechatronic products, from initial concepts to full production.
• Optimize motion and pressure control functions across various product lines.
• Set up and oversee testing processes for product validation, including thorough data evaluation.
• Prepare and update detailed technical documentation throughout product development phases.
• Assist customers during product setup and offer second-tier technical support.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a closely related discipline.
• Have a minimum of two years' professional experience in control system engineering.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of mechatronic systems involving electrical drives, sensors, and embedded software design.
• Exhibit solid knowledge in control system theory, especially regarding pressure control applications.
• Proficient in software development with preferred experience in Python, MATLAB & Simulink tailored to pressure and motion control scenarios.
• Show a hands-on work ethic with an organized, creative, and solution-driven approach, coupled with excellent teamwork abilities.
• Be willing to undertake international travel as part of job responsibilities.
