Material Handler

Role overview

This position is for a full-time Material Handler based in Singapore. The role is centered on day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency while supporting the supervisor and wider logistics team.

Key duties

• Follow all warehouse safety rules, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Carry out 5S housekeeping practices within the warehouse.
• Handle inbound and outbound warehouse work, as well as cycle counting, in a prompt and organised way.
• Inspect shipments visually and flag any discrepancies, exceptions, or non-conformities.
• Assist the supervisor in meeting the required KPIs.
• Manage general warehouse tasks such as stock handling, material movement, stocktaking, database accuracy, and document control.
• Make sure all records and paperwork are complete, correct, and submitted on time.
• Take part in process improvement efforts and help put improvements into action.
• Work continuously toward better productivity and operational performance.
