Marketplace Manager for Amazon KSA & Noon KSA - Islamabad Onsite

About the Role

We are a Saudi Arabia-based company specializing in HVAC and industrial products, expanding our e-commerce reach on Amazon KSA and Noon KSA marketplaces. We seek an experienced Marketplace Manager to join our Islamabad office and fully manage these two platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough product research to identify top potential items using tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, and Jungle Scout with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
• Create and optimize SEO-focused product listings in both English and Arabic, incorporating compelling textual content and enhanced visuals.
• Design, execute, and oversee Sponsored Ads campaigns on Amazon KSA and Noon, continuously optimizing advertising costs and returns.
• Implement effective pricing strategies to win the Buy Box by monitoring competitor pricing actively.
• Manage inventory by forecasting demand accurately and maintaining balanced stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly profitability reports including costs of goods sold, advertising expenditure, fees, and returns.
• Ensure account health by maintaining excellent seller metrics and proactively addressing any policy or performance concerns.
• Identify new growth opportunities, including category expansions and seasonal campaign planning suitable for the KSA audience.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one and three years of practical experience managing Amazon or Noon marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab platforms.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace research and analysis tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, or Jungle Scout.
• Clear understanding of marketplace performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, Best Seller Rank, and profit and loss.
• Self-driven, highly attentive to detail, and capable of independently managing objectives.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience managing Amazon.sa or Noon.com/sa accounts.
• Knowledge of Saudi consumer patterns, key selling periods, buyer behaviors, and regional trends in KSA.
• Ability to develop or review product content in Arabic.

Note: Candidates with experience specifically in KSA or GCC marketplaces will be given priority over those with only US marketplace backgrounds.
