This opportunity is with a partner company seeking a Marketing Visual Designer based in Canada. Key Responsibilities
- Develop top-tier marketing materials spanning social media graphics, carousels, email templates, one-pagers, PDFs, sales collateral, and presentations.
- Design visuals supporting marketing campaigns, brand efforts, and boosting audience interaction.
- Produce and refine short-form video content including social clips, reels, and promotional videos.
- Create mid-length videos like educational clips, product overviews, and marketing presentations.
- Collaborate extensively with marketing and content teams to turn campaign ideas into successful visual communications.
- Establish and refine design templates and systems to preserve brand consistency on multiple platforms and collateral.
- Utilize visual storytelling techniques to enhance communication effectiveness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Quickly iterate design outputs based on feedback, campaign data insights, and changing business requirements.
- Support scalable design workflows aimed at improving efficiency and creative quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 4 years in marketing visual design, graphic design, or a related creative capacity.
- Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing assets, campaign visuals, and brand-aligned content.
- Well-versed in UI/UX frameworks and user-centric design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design software including Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Experience with both short and mid-length video content creation and editing.
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, branding, typography, layout composition, and digital design best practices.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with precision and meet all deadlines.
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a fully remote setup across various time zones.
- Effective communicator with aptitude for collaboration among marketing and creative teams.
- Background in edtech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products is advantageous.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization design principles, motion graphics, animation, or design system management is a plus.
