Role Overview

We are searching for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage both buyers and sellers, and support our expanding operations. This role suits a versatile marketing professional interested in content creation, social media management, email campaigns, website maintenance, digital advertising, and brand enhancement.

Work Environment

This position is based entirely on-site at our Hatfield, PA location to foster collaborative teamwork and facilitate direct engagement with our inventory, auction specialists, and leadership. Being present allows for authentic storytelling through firsthand experiences and promotes exceptional marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media
• Develop, edit, publish, and oversee marketing content such as social media posts, stories, reels, blogs, and promotional materials
• Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools efficiently
• Analyze performance metrics from social platforms and website to enhance marketing effectiveness
• Coordinate weekly blog posts with catalogers and auction experts
• Handle email marketing operations using Constant Contact
• Create visually appealing branded collateral and digital ads with Canva
• Assist in website content updates, management, and SEO efforts
• Collaborate internally to promote auctions, events, and corporate initiatives
• Maintain uniform branding and messaging across channels
• Support promotional activities including community events and auction previews

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5+ years in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related areas
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite
• Experience using Canva and other content creation software
• Strong understanding of social media strategies, digital marketing, and brand management
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media performance tools
• Knowledge of SEO and website management
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Superior organizational and project management skills
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline
• Bonus: Skills in photography, video editing, or graphic design

On-Site Requirement

This role demands physical presence to interact with auction items and team members directly. Participating onsite supports immersive marketing content creation and deepens connections with the community we serve.
