Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in expanding Hismile’s reach through managing influencer collaborations, content creation, brand partnerships, and event activations. This role demands flexibility and adaptability, with varied daily responsibilities that may include coordinating influencer campaigns, handling brand partnerships, organizing events, managing ambassadors, and producing multimedia content for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer, ambassador, and affiliate marketing initiatives across international markets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with content creators, talent managers, media representatives, agencies, and partner brands.
• Organize influencer gifting campaigns to maintain ongoing engagement throughout the year.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands, retailers, wellness companies, events, and other relevant organizations.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate Hismile’s participation in trade shows, industry events, and brand activations.
• Oversee product sampling programs to introduce new audiences to the brand and enhance awareness.
• Monitor market trends, emerging influencers, partnership opportunities, and cultural moments applicable to Hismile.
• Create engaging social media and paid advertising content, including appearing on camera.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Analyze campaign performance and maintain accurate records of partnership and influencer activities.
• Assist with ongoing marketing projects and support broader brand endeavors.

Candidate Profile

• Background in marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, public relations, social media, or related fields.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience interacting confidently with influencers, creators, agencies, and external partners.
