Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and maintain a variety of conventional and CNC machinery such as Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, Broaching, and other process-specific machines.
• Utilize measuring tools, gauges, and fixtures to carry out precise inspection checks.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues of a basic nature to maintain operational efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints accurately to ensure production standards are met.
• Keep comprehensive documentation and work according to technical guidelines and drawings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, benches, and equipment after use.
• Report any machine or tooling malfunctions promptly to supervisors to prevent quality or safety risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess NITEC or Higher NITEC certification in Precision Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in a Precision Engineering environment.
• Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to work on a weekly rotating shift schedule.
