Job Overview

This role is based primarily in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with work responsibilities extending to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The position involves remote work complemented by necessary field visits to source and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled laborers in the civil/construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and engage with skilled and unskilled civil workers through established local connections and networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with labor communities and relevant local contacts.
• Assess and identify workers suited to varying project needs.
• Manage the recruitment process and coordination of worker mobilization.
• Travel to labor sites and local areas as required to facilitate recruitment efforts.
• Maintain consistent communication channels with workers and recruitment teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of, and personal connections within, local labor communities.
• Prior experience in manpower sourcing, recruitment, or labor mobilization is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking capabilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to operate independently.
• Readiness to undertake travel as part of job duties.

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹25,000.
