Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Forecasting, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment activities aligning with business goals.
  • Design and execute an effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Oversee suppliers and logistics providers ensuring adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage Assortment Planning and analyze commercial strategies such as markdowns and pricing.
  • Supervise Product Life Cycle Management alongside inventory control functions.
  • Define, track, and enhance key Supply Chain Planning performance indicators continuously.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to boost Supply Chain metrics and accelerate commercial planning decisions, enhancing efficiency and optimizing costs.
  • Create customer analytics and predictive models to refine forecast accuracy.
  • Champion the transformation of Supply Chain Planning operations in sync with evolving business demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of supply chain experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Background encompassing both FMCG and supply chain domains, including sales and commercial planning plus product lifecycle management expertise.
  • Engineering degree is preferred.
