Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations & Strategy Manager to help define and implement Prava's top priorities. This role is a highly cross-functional, hands-on position merging strategy, operations, and technology. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership on critical strategic and operational projects, managing initiatives from conception to completion and achieving tangible business results.

The work is varied, ranging from redesigning core processes, enhancing key performance indicators, assessing new market opportunities, launching operational programs, to collaborating with the engineering team to develop internal and AI-driven tools that improve operational workflows and client satisfaction.

Success requires strong analytical abilities, structured problem-solving, curiosity, sound judgment, excellent communication, and an ownership mindset. The candidate must be comfortable analyzing data, working directly with frontline teams, partnering with engineers, and presenting insights to executives. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers who embrace uncertainty and transform ideas into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead priority strategic and operational projects end-to-end in collaboration with executive and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with frontline and back-office staff to understand operational challenges, identify root causes, develop scalable solutions, and ensure adoption through SOPs, training, quality controls, and performance metrics.
• Use data analysis and customer insights to discover opportunities to enhance business metrics and drive measurable improvements.
• Create dashboards, analytical reports, financial models, and business cases that illuminate company performance and assist executive decision-making.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deploy AI tools, internal systems, and process automations for operational efficiency and enhanced client experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Operations, Product, Engineering, Revenue Cycle, Provider Success, Customer Support, Growth, and more to address complex challenges and launch new capabilities.
• Adapt to evolving organizational needs by taking on additional strategic and operational priorities as necessary.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or similar analytical capacities.
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to gain comprehensive understanding and quickly master new business domains.
• Resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating effective structures and scalable solutions.
• Strong sense of ownership balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and accountability.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities leveraging data and sound judgment to inform decisions.
• Effective communicator capable of building trust and collaborating with diverse stakeholders including frontline staff and executives.
• Passion for utilizing technology and AI to develop internal tools, optimize operations, and deliver superior client experiences.
• Experience in healthcare or health technology fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

The salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with exact compensation based on experience and qualifications.
