  • Examine functional design documents and training resources, and assist with post-design tasks such as preparing test scripts and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Confirm that proposed solutions pass security vulnerability checks before they are moved into production.
  • Create training materials and help deliver HR system training for users across the relevant personnel management centres.
  • Track system performance and prepare action plans to resolve issues.
