About Inclus
Inclus is a Singapore-based social enterprise working across Southeast Asia to help people with disabilities and their families build fuller, more independent lives through quality support and access to the services they need at different life stages.
The organisation partners with public agencies, nonprofits, and private-sector organisations to create forward-looking programmes that support employment, independence, and long-term wellbeing. It works closely with people with disabilities and their caregivers to provide guidance, support, and services along their journey.
Inclus has been recognised as a Verified Leading Social Enterprise under raiSE, an SG Enable Enabling Mark Platinum recipient, a DBS Foundation grant recipient, and an ASEAN Inclusive Business awardee.
Role Overview
This position sits within the Business Development team and reports into the founders. The role will lead the launch and growth of Inclus’s direct-to-consumer segment, helping connect people with disabilities and caregivers to the wider ecosystem of support and paid services.
The job is highly independent and blends growth planning, partnership development, and consultative relationship management. A major part of the role involves speaking directly with people with disabilities and their caregivers to guide them toward relevant support and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the founders to shape, refine, and deliver the consumer growth strategy.
- Explore, test, and develop unconventional acquisition channels to grow the B2C segment.
- Build referral partnerships with organisations such as SPED schools, social service agencies, hospitals, therapy centres, and community groups.
- Monitor conversion, caregiver feedback, and channel effectiveness to improve the customer journey.
- Act as a trusted advisor to families, helping them make informed decisions with clarity and care.
- Run detailed consultative conversations with people with disabilities and caregivers to understand their goals and next steps.
- Support families in understanding the financial support landscape for special education and employment in Singapore.
- Plan and deliver offline and online community initiatives such as caregiver workshops, information sessions, and social media engagement.
- Work closely with internal operations, training, and coaching teams to create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 7 years of experience in B2C business development, partnerships, consumer growth, or admissions management.
- Background in private education, healthcare, or Singapore’s social services sector is helpful, though not mandatory.
- Strong empathy, patience, and active listening, especially in emotionally sensitive conversations.
- Comfortable speaking with anxious or protective caregivers in a calm, consultative manner.
- Good understanding of Singapore’s disability ecosystem, including SG Enable, NCSS, or MSF support structures, is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is a strong plus for engaging older local caregivers.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in uncertain or changing environments.
- Enjoys testing ideas, taking ownership end to end, and executing hands-on growth initiatives.
- Strong commitment to inclusion, social innovation, and meaningful impact for families and people with disabilities.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to keep learning and create value at every interaction.
How to Apply
Applicants should email their application to hr@inclus.sg. The submission should include an updated resume or CV and a short note or cover letter explaining why the mission matters to them, along with one growth or partnership initiative they have led and are proud of.
