Role Description

The position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician based on-site in Saudi Arabia. The technician will carry out routine inspections, diagnose equipment issues, and execute repairs to maintain optimal functionality and reduce downtime. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance schedules, responding swiftly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing root causes, applying corrective solutions, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities. The role also demands strict adherence to safety protocols, cooperation with operations teams, and participation in continuous process improvements. Maintaining workplace safety and organization alongside fellow technicians is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in equipment and industrial maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experienced with preventive maintenance schedules and service routines.
• Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering technology, or related areas.
• Able to interpret technical documents, manuals, and equipment diagrams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety standards and practices.
• Good communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the surrounding region's industrial or commercial maintenance is favorable.
