About the role
Parklane Capital is looking for an M&A Analyst for its Hamburg office. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in a highly entrepreneurial consulting environment, with direct access to partners and clients. You will take on responsibility from the very beginning and support deals throughout the full process, from initial pitch work through to closing.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for clients, such as teasers and information memoranda
- Contribute to pitch decks and marketing presentations
- Help prepare and support due diligence processes
- Perform company valuation work
- Assist with the preparation and review of business plans
- Create transaction, company, market, and competitive analyses
- Analyze and structure financial data and information
- Independently manage selected workstreams
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, transaction services, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or business/corporate development
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High level of initiative, independence, and drive
- Interest in the digital economy and an understanding of related business models
- Fluency in both German and English, including negotiation-level communication
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
