Linen Porter

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Linen Porter to contribute to the efficient running of healthcare facility operations on a full-time basis, working a contracted 37.5 hours per week during night shifts from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and other public spaces.
• Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams by arranging rooms and moving furniture as required.
• Perform some reception tasks such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Run errands essential to daily operations.
• Ensure customer safety by placing and removing safety signs like wet floor indicators.

• Experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Proactive decision-making focused on customer needs.
