Overview
Ryanair Engineering is rapidly expanding and seeking skilled maintenance experts to join our Line Maintenance teams operating throughout Europe, including locations in Ireland, the UK, Poland, Germany, Spain, Italy, and beyond. With plans to support a fleet exceeding 800 aircraft and serve 300 million passengers annually, this presents an excellent opportunity to advance your engineering career in a dynamic environment featuring one of the youngest and busiest fleets in Europe.

- EASA Licensed B1 Engineers
- EASA Licensed B2 Engineers
- CAT A Licensed Mechanics
- Experienced Aircraft Mechanics
- Sheet Metal Workers / Structures Technicians
Candidate Requirements
B1 / B2 Engineers:
- Possession of a valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 license
- Preferred relevant aircraft type rating, especially Boeing 737 experience
- Strong preference for candidates with past line maintenance experience
- Proven troubleshooting and decision-making capabilities
CAT A Licensed Mechanics:
- Valid EASA Part-66 CAT A certification
- Line maintenance experience on aircraft is favored
- Experience with Boeing 737 aircraft is considered a plus
Experienced Aircraft Mechanics:
- Essential to have prior aircraft maintenance experience
- Line maintenance experience is highly desirable
- Experience on Boeing 737 or commercial aircraft is advantageous
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical comprehension
Sheet Metal Workers:
- Previous experience in aircraft sheet metal or structures is mandatory
- Familiarity with commercial aircraft structural repairs is preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and repair manuals accurately
- Proficient in practical use of aircraft sheet metal tools and repair methods
