Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Deliver accurate, friendly, and prompt customer service addressing inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, policy adjustments, claims, and billing details.
• Conduct customer-centered, needs-based consultations to educate about various insurance options.
