Role Overview
We are seeking three Licensed Immigration Advisers for a hybrid position primarily based in Auckland. This role is ideal for recently licensed provisional advisers. Supervision will be provided at no cost, supporting your professional growth. You must hold eligibility for provisional licensing and demonstrate a dedication to assisting migrants from diverse communities both within New Zealand and abroad.
Your duties will encompass managing client cases from the initial consultation stage through to lodging applications, all under supervision. Staying informed on the latest immigration policies, instructions, and compliance protocols is essential.
Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions to company partners.
- Engage in marketing initiatives to expand and promote our services.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English plus an additional language such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hindi, or Punjabi is highly preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility regarding work hours.
- Collaborative spirit and capability to work jointly with team members across various departments and international locations.
