Barden is collaborating directly with the Partners of a reputed law firm’s Cork office, which is actively broadening its presence across multiple legal disciplines. The Cork team comprises approximately 15 professionals, embodying a small to mid-sized firm atmosphere enriched by a welcoming and supportive culture. Despite its boutique feel, the firm's extensive domestic and international client network allows it to deliver the benefits and quality work typical of larger firms.

The organization embraces flexible work models, offering significant options for hybrid and remote work. While individual cases will dictate attendance requirements, being present in the Cork office is advantageous. Candidates based elsewhere in Ireland might be considered provided they can attend the Cork office roughly one day each week, with details subject to discussion.

Available Positions

• Real Estate: Candidates should have over 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE), ranging up to Partner level.
• Privacy: Applicants need 3+ years PQE; those with in-house experience are also welcomed.
• Commercial Litigation: Suitable for those with approximately 1 to 3 years PQE.
• Banking: Senior roles are available requiring strong local connections; having a significant client base is not mandatory.
• Employment Law: Senior, ideally Partner-level, appointments.

Candidate Profile and Progression

The firm seeks Solicitors qualified in Ireland or the UK, with experience in the stated areas. Equity partnership opportunities exist for candidates who demonstrate a solid client following, alongside promising routes for advancement to partnership.
