Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Learning Program Manager to lead curriculum development and content delivery as we scale our educational programs. Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will be instrumental in shaping impactful learning experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content development projects, including updating existing curricula and launching new programs successfully.
- Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to facilitate content creation.
- Maintain stringent quality assurance processes to keep educational programs accurate and relevant.
- Innovate by introducing new instructional modalities such as skills labs and simulations to enhance learning.
- Analyze data on program performance and learner engagement to derive insights and drive program enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience in program management or curriculum design, ideally in an education technology setting.
- Background in healthcare or nursing education, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Familiarity with instructional design, especially in online environments.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic startup atmosphere requiring agility and problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of EdTech trends, adult education needs, and online pedagogy.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and data-informed decision making.
- Excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in EdTech or nursing sectors.
- Prior involvement supporting adult learners in online settings.
- Leadership roles managing teams of curriculum developers.
- Overseeing full content development lifecycle.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $100,000 to $130,000, supplemented by equity.
