About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist proficient in illustration, animation, and marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of expertise in freelance bidding and acquiring projects, particularly on platforms like Upwork and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and submit bids for suitable illustration, animation, and marketing projects on various freelance sites.
• Design persuasive and customized proposals that effectively address client needs to boost conversion rates.
• Source new leads and secure projects that align with the company’s service offerings.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to accurately capture their requirements and guarantee successful project execution.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations from project acquisition through completion.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and freelancing platform policies to refine bidding tactics.
• Track and document all bidding activities, client contacts, and project results for ongoing performance evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in bidding for and winning projects within illustration, animation, and marketing domains.
• In-depth understanding of freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
• Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend client objectives and tailor proposals effectively.
• Foundational knowledge of design and animation software (such as Adobe Illustrator and After Effects) as well as digital marketing approaches is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation aptitude and skillful client relationship management.
• Capacity for independent work with consistent target achievement.
