Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Laundry Services Supervisor, the Laundry Service Lead plays a critical role by overseeing the laundry operations and staff, including subcontractors. This position involves a combination of leadership, operational supervision, and hands-on involvement in laundry services. The Lead also provides training, guidance, and supports workers, while ensuring service quality and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage laundry facilities and both direct and subcontracted personnel.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Assist with linen exchanges for service members and guests.
• Supervise and provide direction to laundry workers.
• Assess service performance and report findings to the Laundry Supervisor.
• Maintain and monitor production schedules, documentation, and established standards within allowed timeframes.
• Identify and report any maintenance or service-related issues promptly.
• Provide necessary data for daily reports required by leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be an Other Country National (OCN).
• High school diploma preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience as a Laundry Attendant is advantageous; custodial experience and basic knowledge of hazardous chemicals relevant to the laundry operations are beneficial.
• Able to effectively communicate and coordinate within a multinational and culturally diverse workforce.
• Possess awareness of safety and environmental protocols relevant to Laundry Facility Support and Management.
• Comfortable engaging with executive-level personnel.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication capabilities.
