Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Food & Beverage team members looking to advance their careers as Kitchen Stewards at Rotana Ras Al Khaimah - The Mangroves.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of food processing areas, storage rooms, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, corridors, holding areas, and operational equipment.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to assigned duty schedules and shift timings.
• Carry out stewarding duties diligently as per instructions.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage of food and materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Vocational training or equivalent education in Food & Beverage service.
• Previous experience working as a Kitchen Steward is preferred.
• Proficient command of English language.
