Job Summary

This is a permanent role requiring 37.5 hours per week, paid at a rate of £13.52 per hour. The primary responsibility is to assist the kitchen team by upholding high hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all stadium kitchens, including equipment and storage spaces.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment efficiently to complete cleaning tasks promptly.
• Collect and clean pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.
• Sanitize food preparation areas and kitchen equipment.
• Receive, unload, and properly store food and equipment deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and clean storeroom ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Keep all work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitized consistently.

Health and Safety Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols with necessary documentation.
• Support completion of required employee training to meet job responsibilities.
• Report any incidents, accidents, and hazards promptly.
• Assist in completing and reviewing risk assessments for the department.
