Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Kaizen Consultant to support ongoing continuous improvement programs at a major manufacturing unit in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have prior association with the Kaizen Institute and a proven track record implementing Lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves applying Kaizen principles such as TPM, 5S, SMED, and Standard Work alongside a Senior Kaizen Consultant to enhance productivity, eliminate waste, and foster workforce development. Expected commitment is at least 12 consulting days monthly on site.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess strong practical expertise in Kaizen and related improvement frameworks, ideally with a minimum of three years’ consulting experience at Kaizen Institute Pune.
