Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Kaarigar to join our team in the Delhi-NCR area. This role involves operating various cutting machines such as CNC/VMC machines, laser cutters, and die cutters to produce quality components.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and load materials onto cutting machinery and ensure correct machine operation.
- Continuously monitor machine functions to maintain precision and identify any faults or material defects during production.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished parts using measuring instruments like rulers, micrometers, and gauges to verify compliance with specifications.
- Carry out regular machine upkeep including lubrication and cleaning, and troubleshoot issues to minimize production interruptions.
- Follow all safety protocols, utilize protective equipment, and keep the workspace orderly and safe.
