Role Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Junior Store Assistants at our Preston South location. This role is ideal for those looking to launch their retail career within an award-winning and inclusive employer.

Key Duties

• Provide friendly assistance to customers helping them find products on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and attractive presentation of aisles.
• Perform back-of-store tasks such as unloading deliveries, unpacking stock, and replenishing shelves.

Candidate Profile

• Availability to work weekends, school days after 4pm until 9pm, and during school holidays.
• A positive mindset along with a willingness to learn and develop retail skills.
• Dependability and a strong commitment to work responsibilities.
• Attention to detail, particularly noticing when things need adjustment or tidying.
• Team-oriented attitude, recognising the value of working well with others.

• Competitive hourly pay relevant to location and age, ranging from $17.92 to $21.48 plus shift allowances.
