About the Role

We seek a dynamic and imaginative Junior Social Media Specialist to enhance and maintain our online presence through content creation and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the social media content calendar effectively.
• Develop and produce engaging posts and articles in both Arabic and English languages.
• Manage scheduling, publishing, and monitoring activities on various social media platforms.
• Assist in the creation and coverage of events and projects through social media channels.
• Collaborate with different internal teams to source content and identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Track audience engagement and aid in community interaction and management.
• Analyze social media performance data and compile periodic reports.
• Keep abreast of latest social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.

Candidate Requirements

• Between zero to two years of experience related to social media or content management.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, especially in writing and communication.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, their features, and current digital trends.
• Attributes needed include creativity, initiative, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in content creation and editing will be considered an advantage.
