Role Summary
In this Python Developer role, you will build, test, and deliver software using both modern and established technologies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in an Agile setup to understand requirements and help create dependable software solutions.
What You Will Do
- Build and test component-level software so it is ready for integration into larger products.
- Partner with stakeholders in an Agile environment to understand needs and shape the right solution.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, develop fixes, and validate them through unit testing.
- Help create and improve automated CI/CD pipelines that move code through quality checkpoints.
- Test and deliver software offerings using proven and emerging technologies.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Required Technical Background
- Hands-on exposure to back-end application development, including design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Working knowledge of Agile practices and experience collaborating to capture and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of component-based software design with unit testing before product integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues reported by customers and create, test, and validate code fixes.
- Familiarity with automated CI/CD pipelines and the quality stages involved in software delivery.
Preferred Technical Background
- Exposure to front-end development for software applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps engineering practices and related tools.
- Experience or exposure to L3 support work, including debugging issues and producing code fixes.
Work Location
The position is based in Kochi, Kerala, India and is expected to be performed onsite.
