Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced Junior Estimator to assist Senior Estimators across various projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret tender documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and scope requirements.
• Compile pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials utilizing modern estimating software.
• Conduct cost analyses of consultants, subcontractors, and materials for price comparison.
• Manage tender documentation continuously through project phases.
• Price preliminary project items and submit reviews for senior management approval.
• Support the completion and submission of tender documentation.
• Assist in preparing project handover documentation, ensuring all necessary materials are collated.
• Maintain and update estimating data pertinent to reports and tender applications.

Candidate Profile

• Background in main contracting with relevant onsite operational experience or strong technical knowledge.
• Minimum of one year's relevant experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and reports with the ability to identify risks and issues.
• Effective communicator possessing problem-solving skills and creative thinking capabilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management skills, ensuring accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
• Holding a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction-related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Conquest estimating software is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driving license.
